Sprouted Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

1/2 cup apple cider vinagar

1/3 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon tamari

1 date

Salad (Greens and sprout quantities based on how hungry you are!)

Greens of choice

Sprouted green of choice (I like broccoli sprouts)

Sprouted legume of choice (I like sprouted chickpeas)

2 tablespoons of hemp hearts

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced carrots

2 tablespoons pickle of choice (I like pickled jalapeños)

1/2 avocado cubed

Preparation

Put all dressing ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Put all salad ingredients in a bowl (washing the ones that need washing beforehand) other than avocado and toss.

Add avocado on top and enjoy!
